    What's the role? 

    The Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead is responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining a common Continuous Improvement framework across multiple manufacturing sites. The role will lead and deliver transformational improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people capability, working closely with site-based CI teams and Manufacturing Engineers.
     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Design, implement, and maintain a scalable Continuous Improvement framework aligned with business strategy and operational priorities.
    • Define standard CI methodologies, tools, and governance (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving, value stream management).
    • Establish a common language and approach to CI across all sites while allowing flexibility for local needs.
    • Develop clear CI maturity models and roadmaps for sites at different stages of development.
    • Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional transformation projects across multiple sites.
    • Partner with site CI and Manufacturing Engineers to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
    • Coach and support site-based CI leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, and operational teams.
    • Build CI capability through training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching.


    What we’re looking for: 

    • Degree educated in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
    •  Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or equivalent CI certification.
    • Significant experience (8+ years) in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering measurable CI benefits across multiple sites.
    • Experience working with Manufacturing Engineers and operational teams to implement improvements.
    • Demonstrated success operating in environments with varying levels of CI maturity.
    • International or multi-site experience strongly preferred.
