What's the role? 

Reporting to the BRUSH Group Commercial Finance and Operating Director, this role will work closely with commercial and sales teams across the group and take a lead role in ensuring the timely delivery of forecast / budget and insightful analysis of the group opportunity pipeline. It will also identify, plan and drive continuous improvement projects, raising the efficiency and quality of the sales and commercial operations stages.

Working Conditions - The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis typically consisting of 3 days office working and 2 from home. The candidate can be based from our Loughborough Head Office or our Blackwood, Wales office locations. The role is 12 months fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave. 37 contractual hours per week , Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and 8am-1pm on a Friday.
