Tendering Administrator
Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Tendering Administrator to join our Tendering department in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing enquiries from customers as directed by our Lead Tendering Engineer. You will also be responsible for updating tender metrics, communicating receipt of enquiries and corresponding with customers in timely and professional manner.
Role Responsibility
- Maintain tender records and KPI’s and circulate to the business weekly
- Provide regular reporting showing bid success rates
- Maintain, review and analyze Tendering team KPIs
- Utilise and update the Company VIS system as required
- Collate required documents for pre-qualifications working closely with the relevant department and Key Account Manager
- Update the customer sales forecast as required during the course of executing the defined responsibilities
- Complete customer questionnaires and submit documents to achieve supplier approval
- Update order list accurately and circulate to the business weekly
- Raise tender number, create necessary folders and internal documents

Skills & Experience:
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of OEM activities and operating methods
- OEM background – desirable
