Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile engineer training data from multiple Excel and PDF documents for entry into one master Excel document.
  • Communicate with engineers to understand and review the information in their training records.
  • Cross check master document against multiple individual files
  • Data entry.
  • Upload engineer final reports into company document management system from multiple local files.
  • Create Microsoft Excel reporting templates.
  • Other administrative activities as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Experienced in data compiling and data entry.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including· Data Entry· Formulas· Tables & Formatting· Conditional Formatting· Charting· Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting· Consolidating multiple workbooks.
  • Microsoft Outlook· Perform Basic Email Tasks.
  • Experience with records management, specifically uploading documents into a Document Management System.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Schedule = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm 

Duration = Approximately 4-8 weeks, 3 days a week
