Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilities:
- Compile engineer training data from multiple Excel and PDF documents for entry into one master Excel document.
- Communicate with engineers to understand and review the information in their training records.
- Cross check master document against multiple individual files
- Data entry.
- Upload engineer final reports into company document management system from multiple local files.
- Create Microsoft Excel reporting templates.
- Other administrative activities as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Experienced in data compiling and data entry.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including· Data Entry· Formulas· Tables & Formatting· Conditional Formatting· Charting· Pivot tables & Pivot Reporting· Consolidating multiple workbooks.
- Microsoft Outlook· Perform Basic Email Tasks.
- Experience with records management, specifically uploading documents into a Document Management System.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Schedule = Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm
Duration = Approximately 4-8 weeks, 3 days a week
