Rewards Analyst

Role Responsibility

Support the analysis, maintenance and processing of compensation program elements in support of company initiatives and organizational needs.

Assist in the analysis and reporting of employee data, salary history, and plan eligibility, to support trend analysis and market bench-marking.

Provide support throughout the salary increase cycle, processing data, and producing analysis and reporting on findings.

Support data gathering and analysis on variable pay data, analyse inputs received from internal stakeholders, and calculate pay-outs.

Cooperate with the communication on salary increases and bonus pay-outs to employees.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s job level structure and provide analysis and reports to ensure the maintenance of an internal equity within job families and across sites.

Drive the centralisation of all Rewards related records, including communications on eligibility and salary increases, employees’ objectives and performance reviews.

Work closely with the HR teams, supporting the communication of changes in compensation and benefit plans.

The Ideal Candidate

The candidate

Preferably degree qualified with a desire to work in a data driven HR environment.

Compensation analysis experience and understanding of compensation philosophies or equivalent preferred.

Proven and relevant experience with analysis of data.

Advanced I.T. skills relating to Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint & Word)

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads, work to specific deadlines.

Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy at work.

Ability to conduct statistical analysis.

Experience working independently using own initiative to complete tasks and projects.
