Regional Sales Representative

Job Introduction

We have a variety of clients across all sectors including oil and gas, power management and marine sectors, providing innovative and complex solutions to our demanding customer base.

Role Responsibility

DUTIES:                           

Consistently work to diligently capture all aftermarket service opportunities of the brush and third-party o.e.m. generators and power management systems located in the territory. Contact and visit brush and non-brush customer base to evaluate their needs, provide product and service options based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Analyze operational profile and machines technical information to provide products and services support and solutions. Review maintenance and testing information in order to develop long term operational plans with end users. Develop new accounts and an aggressive growth trajectory to expand revenue, market share and potential entrance into new market areas. Monitor customer preferences and requirements to focus and promote the sale of company products and provide sales support. Address customer questions, pricing, product and service needs, complaints and provide technical support. Manage brush crm database for the assigned territory including update and monitor database to ensure all client communication, sales and marketing activities are entered into the system on a timely basis. Work with proposal department in preparation of acceptable bid specifications and pricing. Provide reports, data and client feedback to management regarding sales efforts using the crm database system. Work with sales and management team to develop, amend and monitor the companys marketing plan. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to explain products and/or services to customers. Assist in organizing and participate in customer events, tradeshows, training and meetings.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum education required: bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field; minimum experience required: 36 months in the job offered or related experience; travel required: 70% travel to unanticipated customer locations throughout California; special requirements: valid coats card and valid u.s. driver's license.
