Regional Sales Manager

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop sales opportunities in Western Australia within the BRUSH service portfolio of generator/motors (spares, repairs, maintenance) to the Oil & Gas sector, utilities, and other industries.

This is a key position which is critical to the company in achieving its business objectives and it has significant account and territory responsibility.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to our APAC Sales Director, you will:

  • Plan, organize, promote, and achieve budgeted volumes of business for generator services in particular Australia and Oceania in general
  • Support the sales of synchronous condenser systems in a growing market in the region, both through conversion of existing assets and supply of new installations
  • Increase our market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities
  • Achieve margin and sales growth targets
  • Build relationships with customers via regular visits and face to face meetings
  • Act as ambassador for our brand

The Ideal Candidate

To join us as the Australia Sales Manager, you will need to be:

  • Educated to degree level, preferably in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering subject
  • Relevant product and application knowledge in power generation
  • Proven track record in industrial services business in relevant territory (Oceania) and market
  • Proven competence in business development in subject market
  • An innovative and self-motivated Salesperson with the ability to work largely unsupervised
  • Excellent communications and relationship-building skills
  • Strong time-management abilities
  • A full clean driving licence
