Regional Sales Manager

Role Responsibility

Brush Americas is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be an essential part of our Sales team who is able to be responsible for pursing an aggressive growth trajectory with expansion of revenue and market share and potential entrance into new market areas. We are looking for someone to work independently and someone who will maintain territory yield of at least $5 million in revenue annually, growing this yield year over year, with an understanding that RSM’s numbers are reviewed and adjusted periodically.  While consistently working to diligently capture all service activity of the Brush and third-party O.E.M. generators located in the territory.

Deep knowledge of customer base including contacts and existing relationships.

 

Do you have an earned knowledge of BRUSH, competitors, and all offerings? Along with a technical background and engineering experience?

 

Have you seen through managing customer relationships ensuring a good interface with the company you are working for and client interests?

Are you someone that has an understanding of how a general business plan structure works – and can display this direct experience with ease?

Are you interested in a role where you can make a real difference working independently while remaining within a good established team?

Do you want to make a contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and where your experience and qualifications could be successfully utilized?

You will need to be someone who is commercially-focused and results driven with an ability to work under pressure and to meet critical deadlines.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university with related work experience, or at least four (4) years of relevant experience.We are seeking an analytical thinker, someone who is able to analyze issues and generate solutions to resolve problems, increase productivity, and works efficiently, with a methodical approach and an eye for detail.
