We are looking for a receptionist to provide excellent customer service on the front desk, along with general administration tasks as and when required by the business.

Odpovědnost role

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answering telephone and redirecting calls
• Taking messages and passing them on in a timely manner
• Management of incoming and outgoing post
• To co-ordinate refreshments for clients, guests and Directors as required, booking of meeting rooms.
• Co-ordination of rubbish/refuse and recycling. Co-ordination with maintenance companies, cleaners etc.
• General office administration including emails, letters, reports and presentations
• Ordering of stationery
• Liaising with Security company regarding Alarm and access control system
• Liaising with external IT on related issues
• Issuing project/Fee proposal numbers and adding new jobs to the job list and preparing purchase orders.
• Updating of standard company documentation
• Updating Coretime and updating timesheets
• Booking hotels and travel arrangements for the Team
• Any other tasks required by the business

Ideální kandidát

• Minimum grade C in GSCE English and maths
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel)
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different roles/tasks as required
