Proposals Engineer
Job Introduction
Brush Americas is looking for an experienced Tendering Engineer to be an essential part of our Proposal team who is able to undertake technical and commercial training to enable you to efficiently process incoming inquiries from customers for various services for BRUSH and other non-OEM generators and associated equipment.
Role Responsibility
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to create and manage service inquiries to completion for the markets for which the department is responsible, acting as both a champion and ambassador with both internal and external stakeholders.

Are you experienced in bid creation, ideally within an engineering environment?
Have you seen through the proposal process at large commercial organizations as part of a team selling services for capital equipment solutions?
Are you interested in a role where you can make a real difference working independently while remaining within a good established team?
Do you want to make a contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and where your experience and qualifications could be successfully utilized?
You will need to be someone who is commercially-focused and results driven with an ability to work under pressure and to meet critical deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering or an Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering Technologies or the combination of education.
Coupled with an excellent work experience of at least three years creating tenders within engineering or a similarly demanding field. We are seeking an analytical thinker, someone who is able to analyze issues and generate solutions to resolve problems, increase productivity, and works efficiently, with a methodical approach and an eye for detail.
