Mobility Manager

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Mobility Manager to join the BRUSH Global HR team and be based from our offices in Pilsen.

Reporting to the Group Rewards Director, the Mobility Manager will deliver operational excellence and provide subject matter expertise and advice for business stakeholders and local HR,  supporting the organisation of mobility programs on the ground.

You will manage our International employee population, handling various immigration-related aspects of their movements.

Role Responsibility

§  Responsible for the day to day management of the BRUSH global mobility program

§  Provide clear and consistent advice on mobility topics

§  Governance of mobility policies and processes

§  Apply mobility-related expertise in consultation with HR partners and other key stakeholders; educate on mobility program and market best practices

§  Liaise with senior management on assignment information, including HR policy issues and immigration

§  Facilitate visa applications, ensuring tax compliance

§  Assess payroll issues for the international employee population and define solutions

§  Analyse current set up of the international employee population, identify potential issues and develop and implement solutions to ensure compliance

§  Manage the relationship and arrangements with key external providers for destination services, tax advice, and immigration advice where required

§  Review and manage mobility budgets, liaising with Global Finance and reviewing productivity reports where required

§  Work with Business and HR stakeholders to address feedback on how to enhance and improve the facilitation of mobility arrangements

§  Work in partnership with HR and Rewards in respect of assignment initiations, review and approval of assignment documentation and financial arrangements

§  Be the global point of contact and escalation for mobility issues, and responsible for the co-ordination of global process consistency and continuous improvement

§  Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data at all times

The Ideal Candidate

The successful person will have previous experience as a Global Mobility specialist or manager.

You will have expert knowledge of global mobility processes including, experience with immigration/visa requirements, roles and responsibilities of local office staff, finance methodology, relocation advice, and a sound grasp of what makes mobility programs successful for all stakeholders

You will also have general knowledge of Expat Tax and salary/payroll related issues.
