HR & Payroll Administrator

Job Introduction

A great opportunity has arisen for a part time (2 days a week) HR & Payroll Administrator to join Brush Netherlands for 3 months on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be accountable for acting as the first point of contact for all HR & Payroll related enquiries.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained effectively and for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and administer HR related documentation including, but not limited to offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain the time and attendance records with absence data, process sick notes and ensure that the attendance management procedure is adhered to.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail to the department.
  • Manage HR email inbox.
  • Manage and maintain employee data on HR system.
  • Maintain payroll records of all individuals in the business.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the payroll.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to set deadlines. The successful candidate will also have previous experience of working in a HR team, HR administrative duties and payroll/data processing.

Skills

  • Microsoft Excel / ERP system (BAAN).
  • Payroll.
  • Process improvement.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Netherlands Payroll and HR legislation.
  • Preferable knowledge on the Metal-Elektro CAO.

Please note that this role is part time working 2 days a week on a 3 month fixed term contract.
