Commercial Operations Administrator

Job Introduction

To support the commercial operations engineers with the administration of the quotation element for BRUSH Switchgear.

Role Responsibility

  • Receive enquiry and tender justification forms for sales team.
  • Communicate with customer anticipated timelines.
  • Maintain quotation records and KPI’s and circulate to the business.
  • To utilise Customer Sales Forecast (CSF) as required during the course of executing the defined responsibilities
  • Collate required documents for pre-qualifications working closely with the relevant departments.
  • Complete customer questionnaires and submit documents to achieve supplier approval

Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications required

Skills:

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good English grammar
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel

Experience:

  • Experience in working in an engineering or manufacturing company would be beneficial
