Apprenticeship - Coil Winder

Job Introduction

Brush Americas is looking for an energetic applicant who wants to become an essential part of our Operations team.  We are looking for an individual interested in taking part in a Pennsylvania Department of Labor Certified Apprentice Program for Coil Winding. 

Role Responsibility

Applicants will learn to operate industrial related equipment, work with manufacturing related tools, and perform work processes related to a wide variety of manufacturing settings.  Apprentice training will include learning to wind coils, electrical testing, assemble and disassemble rotors, exciters and stators, set up, operate, monitor, and control equipment.  You will also learn to develop and improve processes and schedules to meet customer requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone to enter into our Certified Apprenticeship Program who is able to follow and adhere to the program expectations.  The program includes a required number of online, classroom and on-the-job training hours over an 18 month period.
