Our Manufacturing/Technical Apprenticeship gives you the chance to play your part in helping our manufacturing and engineering teams achieve even greater success. Role Responsibility

You'll get to work with different teams and experience different areas of our operation, developing both your technical knowledge and other skills such as relationship building and teamwork. Lean manufacturing principles will be a major part of your education were you will be taught to identify and eliminate waste ("Muda") within the manufacturing process.  You'll be encouraged to take on responsibility and help out with exciting new projects and eventually have the confidence and ability to tackle work on your own.


By the end of the Apprenticeship, you'll have not only a nationally recognised qualification but also the knowledge and experience you need to build your career across our global business.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum qualifications for applying are 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) of grade c or above which must include Mathematics and English. Or a Level 3 recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering plus GCSE Maths and English Language of Grade C / Level 4 and above. You'll be dealing with people on a daily basis so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
